One coping mechanism that David and I both share is to tackle a tough topic through extensive research. This is a collection of print resources I've pored over throughout the years and have revisited every now and a again to soak up ideas that didn't stick the first time. Especially useful books are the spiral-bound workouts in a binder for when you don't want to HAVE to plan your workout for the day, making one less barrier to fight through in your training. |
